Locate the lot
Find the lot number printed on the vial label or on your packing list and search it below.

Check release status
Released records are current. Archived records are superseded; pending review records are not yet cleared.

Retrieve the document
Request the referenced document for your records, quoting the lot number and document reference.

Escalate gaps
If a lot has no matching record, request it through the contact form so it can be tracked to resolution.
