Privacy notice

What is collected

• Order details submitted at checkout: name, email, optional institution and phone, delivery address, selected courier option, order lines, totals and your research-use acknowledgement.
• Cart contents, which are held in your own browser storage on your device.
• Contact form content, which is used only to answer your enquiry.

Why it is collected

Order details are recorded so we can accept, document, fulfil and support your order and keep the required commercial records. There is no advertising, profiling, scoring or third-party marketing use of anything submitted here.

Where it is stored

Order records are stored in this project's managed cloud database. Access rules allow orders to be submitted from the storefront but not read back through it — order records are only readable by trusted administrative access.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to hold commercial and traceability records, then removed. Cart data is cleared when you empty your cart or clear your browser storage.

Payments

Orders are paid by Zelle transfer from your own banking app. We never ask for and never store card numbers, bank logins, account numbers or routing numbers. To match your transfer we record only the payment memo, the name you tell us the transfer was sent under and an optional confirmation reference.

Cookies and tracking

The storefront does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cart state uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device.
