Courier options

• Standard lab courier (3-5 business days) — $12.00 flat rate per order.
• Express cold-chain courier (1-2 business days) — $34.00 flat rate per order.

Transit times are business days after dispatch and exclude the day the order is placed. Orders confirmed after 14:00 local time dispatch the following business day.

Packing

Temperature-sensitive items ship in insulated packaging with coolant sized to the selected transit window. Ambient items ship in rigid outer cartons with vial-specific inserts. Each carton carries the order reference, the contained catalog codes and the research-use-only statement.

Paperwork

A packing list accompanies every shipment listing catalog code, lot number, unit size and quantity. Certificate references for the shipped lots can be matched in the COA library, and lot documentation can be requested to accompany the shipment at checkout.

Delivery destinations

Deliveries are accepted at institutional, commercial and laboratory addresses where a named recipient can sign. We do not ship to lockers, forwarding services or addresses that cannot accept a signed delivery. Import documentation and any local permits are the responsibility of the receiving organisation.

Receiving checks

• Confirm the outer carton is intact and the temperature indicator, if present, is within range.
• Match every catalog code and lot number against the packing list before opening vials.
• Move items to the storage condition printed on the label without delay.
• Report a discrepancy or transit damage within 5 business days of delivery so it can be traced.

Tracking

Every parcel is recorded against your order with its carrier and tracking number as soon as it is dispatched, and delivery progress is updated by our team. Signed-in customers can follow each parcel from their account, and guests can use the order lookup with the order reference and email address used at checkout.
