Products listed on this site are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and nothing here describes diagnosis, treatment, prevention or consumption of any kind. Ordering requires acknowledgement that materials will be handled under appropriate institutional safety practices.

Scope of supply

All materials offered by DualHelix Labs are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical method development, carried out by appropriately qualified personnel in a controlled laboratory setting. Nothing offered here is a drug, food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, veterinary product or medical device.

What we do not claim

DualHelix Labs makes no claim, express or implied, that any listed material diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any condition, or that it is safe or suitable for administration to, or consumption by, humans or animals. No dosing information, protocol for administration, or health-related outcome is provided anywhere on this site, and requests for such information will be declined.

Prohibited uses

  • Any use in or on humans, including personal use of any kind.
  • Any use in or on animals outside of a properly approved research protocol.
  • Any diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic or prophylactic application.
  • Incorporation into food, beverages, supplements, cosmetics or consumer products.
  • Resale or transfer as a consumer-ready product, or repackaging that removes the research-use-only statement.

Buyer responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that you are ordering on behalf of a research organisation or qualified research programme; that the materials will be received, stored and handled by trained personnel; that you will assess hazards and apply appropriate controls and personal protective equipment; and that you will comply with all applicable laws, institutional policies and disposal requirements in your jurisdiction.

Documentation and identity

Specification and certificate records exist so that a receiving laboratory can verify identity, appearance and the reported analytical result of a given lot before use. They do not constitute an approval, endorsement or fitness statement for any application beyond laboratory research. See our quality standards and the COA library.

Refusal of orders

We may decline or cancel any order where the stated use, delivery destination or accompanying correspondence suggests use outside this policy, and we may do so without providing further explanation.
